Article 1 - General provisions
The Moodbox, part of Mailing Company bv with registered office at Aalstersesteenweg 264, 9400 Ninove, VAT BE 0450 563 416, offers its customers the opportunity to purchase the products from its web shop online.
These General Terms and Conditions apply to any order placed by a visitor to this e-commerce website (“Customer”). By placing an order with The Moodbox, the Customer indicates that he agrees with these Conditions. Additional conditions of the Customer are excluded, except when they have been accepted in advance, in writing and expressly by The Moodbox.
The Moodbox has the right to change these general terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will apply as soon as they are published on the website.

Article 2 - Offer
In order to enable a good assessment, The Moodbox tries to display the product descriptions and images as accurately and completely as possible. Nevertheless, it is possible that the information provided is incomplete, contains material errors, or is not up-to-date. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding for The Moodbox.
Images with products are a true representation of the products offered. The Moodbox cannot guarantee that the displayed colors exactly match the real colors of the products. If the Customer has specific questions about, for example, dimensions, material, color, availability, delivery time or delivery method, we request the Customer to contact us in advance by email ( contact@themoodbox.be ).
The offer is always valid while stocks last and can be adjusted or withdrawn by The Moodbox at any time. The Moodbox cannot be held liable for the unavailability of a product. If an offer has a limited period of validity or is made subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer.

Article 3 - Prices
All prices are in euros, including 21% VAT. No VAT is charged on stamps. Shipping costs are included in the prices. All prices are per item, unless stated otherwise. The price stated on the website on the day of the visit is the valid price. The accompanying photos are decorative and may contain elements that are not included in the price.
The Moodbox reserves the right to change and correct the prices of the products and the product information. If after a while an already purchased product is discounted, no claim can be made for a refund of the price difference.

Article 4 - Payment
The Moodbox uses a minimum order purchase of € 25.00 per order, including VAT, unless otherwise agreed. Payment is always made entirely in advance. The Customer can choose from the payment methods offered during the ordering process. Payment via another method is not possible.
When ordering on invoice, The Moodbox determines a payment term of 8 calendar days after the invoice date. Invoices are only paid on request to legal entities (B2B).

Article 5 - Delivery
Products ordered through The Moodbox's web shop are delivered in Belgium and the Netherlands. Delivery takes place by letter post, parcel post or our own delivery service.
The stated delivery period is only an indication and is not binding. The Moodbox cannot be held liable for exceeding the delivery period, damage or loss of products during shipment.
Correctness of address details is the responsibility of the customer. If an order does not arrive for this reason, The Moodbox is not obliged to send a new order free of charge.

If an order is not delivered within the specified time, an investigation can be conducted at the request of the Customer with the carrier, which can take several days. During this period it is not possible to proceed with a refund or a new shipment.

Article 6 - Exchange and return
The Customer has the right to exchange or return the delivered articles of The Moodbox, without giving any reason, within a period of 8 calendar days after receipt of the order. (via email). After receipt of a return confirmation, the items must be returned within 10 calendar days, in undamaged and unused condition and with sufficient postage. Unreported or insufficiently stamped returns will not be credited.
In the case of an exchange, The Moodbox will pay the costs for resending the exchanged article once. In the event of a return, The Moodbox will only refund the purchase price of the items, not the shipping costs, unless it concerns an item that was incorrectly delivered by The Moodbox. After receipt of the returned order, the purchase amount will be refunded within a period of 30 calendar days.

Article 7 - Guarantee
All products delivered by The Moodbox are of high quality and meet all standards and requirements that can be imposed on them during normal use. The products delivered by The Moodbox are free of defects. This warranty is valid up to 1 week after delivery of the item. Afterwards, any right to compensation or replacement lapses.
The Customer is always obliged to carefully check the products immediately upon receipt. If one or more of the delivered products does not comply with the warranty issued, the Customer must notify The Moodbox of this in writing (via email), stating that he is claiming the warranty and a description of the defect. After return and assessment of the warranty claim, the article will be replaced or refunded by The Moodbox.
The warranty never applies to defects that arise as a result of accidents, neglect, use of the item contrary to the purpose for which it was designed, modifications or changes to the item, rough use, poor maintenance, or any other abnormal or incorrect use.
